Jaipur: While the major airports in the country bore the brunts of flight delays due the strike by Oil Sector Officers Association (OSOA), air traffic at the Jaipur airport remained almost unaffected.
All flights, except for the Jet Airways flight coming from Delhi, were according to the schedule. "Our flight from Delhi got delayed by 13 minutes and that was the only delay among the four flights that we have from Jaipur," said a Jet Airways official. A morning flight from Mumbai reached before its arrival time and there wasn't any reason to panic, he added.
Also the fuel supply remained uninterrupted, airport sources confirmed that a team of Indian Oil Corporation limited came from Mumbai to stream line the operations and they are expecting that flights from Jaipur will remain as per schedule and only those coming in from metros might get affected.
