Galfar Engineering has won the tender for the construction of the Ras Al Hadd airport in Oman.
The Omani firm beat out bids from India's Larsen & Toubro, South Korea's Hanjin Heavy Industries; Austria based Strabag and another Omani contractor, Desert Lines. Mr Hans Erlings CEO of Galfar said that the deal was worth USD 105.2 million.
