Kolkata-Aizawl flight returns due to bad weather

Kolkata: The Kolkata-Aizawl Alliance Air flight with 36 passengers returned to Netaji Subhas International airport an hour after its take off today due to bad weather in the northeastern state, airport sources said.
The flight had left at 10 am and returned at 11 am, the sources said. The passengers were put up in a city hotel and will be sent to Aizawl tomorrow by another flight.
