Flight forced to hover for 30 mins at Jaipur

Jaipur: As several diverted flights landed in Jaipur, apron was occupied by diverted planes to its maximum capacity leaving no space for scheduled flights. “The diverted flights left Jaipur after an average layover period of 30-45 minutes at the airport,” said an ATC official. The local airline officials assisted the stranded passengers with refreshments.
Meanwhile, the arrival of diverted flights caused the Mumbai-Jaipur Indian Airlines flight (IC-611) to hover over Sanganer airport for over 30 minutes before landing.
