Kanpur: Looks like cancellation of the lone flight to Kanpur city has become a routine affair. The 48-seater Air India's regional flight which instead of taking a halt at Chakeri Airport was directly diverted to Allahabad from Delhi left five passengers fuming in the city as they were forced to take the flight from Lucknow.
The airport authorities once again cited technical glitches as the reason behind the last minute diversion of the Delhi-Allahabad flight via Kanpur. The sole flight has been running cancelled since last week.
