David Cameron in Jet peril

David Cameron was caught in a mid-air drama when an air traffic control system failed, it emerged yesterday.
The glitch - leaving all pilots "BLIND" - struck as his jet was about to land in Delhi, India, last week.
The PM's Boeing 747 was also carrying Foreign Secretary William Hague, Chancellor George Osborne, business leaders and sports stars on a two-day jobs mission to India.
But new computer software to prevent mid-air collisions froze for 20 minutes, prompting a disaster scenario.
Officials had to switch over to an emergency back-up system to guide in his VIP-packed jet.
A senior government source said last night: "It was some scare, when you consider who else was on board. We could have lost half the Cabinet."

The drama happened on Wednesday at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport. All incoming flights were put in a holding pattern, with only Mr Cameron's allowed to land.
