Modern Mandakalli Airport's popularity growing

Mysore : The newly-launched commercial flight services from the completely modernised Mandakalli Airport is becoming popular by the day.
Ever since the first flight of Kingfisher Airlines was formally launched by Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa on October 1, more than 2,000 people have availed the facility till date.
Kingfisher Airlines' Flight IT 2404 departs from Bangalore at 12 noon and arrives here at 1245 hrs.
From Mysore, Flight IT 2407 departs at 1420 hrs and arrives Bangalore at 1510 hrs.
Airport Authority sources told UNI here today on an average, 65 people fly to Mysore daily and as many fly from the Mandakalli Airport to other destinations.
