Fog continues to hit flights

Patna: Thick fog encompassing the city sky on Thursday morning disrupted flights' operation at the Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport here.
As the weather was not favourable, GoAir cancelled its morning Delhi-Patna-Delhi flight (G8-341/342). The visibility at 10 am, when the flight is scheduled to arrive, was about 400 metres only.
Indigo also cancelled its Bangalore-Patna-Mumbai flight (6E-341) due to same reasons. Flights to and from other destinations were also affected.
A few air travellers, who were booked on the cancelled flights, were accommodated on flights of other airlines.
