Air India sets up committee to probe fake pilot issue

New Delhi: In the backdrop of arrest of an Air India pilot for obtaining flying licence by allegedly forging marksheets, the state-owned carrier has set up a 3-member committee to scrutinize documents of qualifications of pilots.
The committee will submit its report soon to the Air India Chief Vigilance Officer, sources in the airlines said tonight.
The committee will include 2 Air India Executive Directors incharge of Operations and Industrial Relations.
