India's IOC, HPCL again trim jet fuel prices for domestic flights

India's public sector refiners and oil retailers Indian Oil Corp and Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd over the weekend trimmed aviation turbine fuel prices for domestic flights at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai for September 1-16.
This is the second time in a row IOC and HPCL has reduced the ATF price for domestic flights.
Their ATF price for domestic flights was cut 0.7-0.8% for September 1-16, compared with the more substantial 1.8-2% slash for the August 16-31 period, both companies said on their respective websites.
IOC's ATF rates for domestic flights for September 1-16 at New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai are now at Rupees 56,260/kiloliter, Rupees 64,178/kl, Rupees 56,978/kl and Rupees 60,552/kl, respectively. HPCL's rates, on the other hand, now stand at Rupees 45,414.02/kl for New Delhi's Palam terminal, Rupees 46,883.82/kl for New Delhi's T3 Terminal, Rupees 51,342.48/kl for Kolkata, Rupees 45,582.03/kl, Rupees 45,582.03/kl for Mumbai and Rupees 46,939.71/kl for Chennai.
Meanwhile, IOC's ATF rates for international flights for September were reduced by an average of 2.07% across New Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai to $962/kl, $1,003/kl, $956/kl and $960/kl, respectively.
