Mumbai: The Godrej group is in talks with HDFC to restructure the terms of a Rs 360 crore term loan given to Jet Airways for purchase of a plot at Bandra-Kurla Complex in Mumbai, which is now being developed jointly by the airline and the realty company.
The loan that is being restructured by the country’s largest dedicated home finance company will be on the balance sheet of a special purpose vehicle Godrej Buildcon that has signed the development agreement with Jet Airways (India) for development of the MMRDA leasehold land measuring 10,309.58 square metres, situated at G-block in Bandra-Kurla Complex.
