Mumbai: A leaky roof would scarcely be associated with air travel but some passengers on a JetLite flight had to bear exactly that. They had to sit through the journey with water dripping on them from the air-conditioner duct and at least three of them claimed that the airline staffers were at a loss to tackle the problem.
Flight S2-381left Mumbai for Indore at 6.30 am. Within minutes, some flyers near the window seat felt water from near the AC dripping on their faces. "It was highly uncomfortable as the water was falling right on our faces," and no way it could be stopped,"
A JetLite spokesperson confirmed it, but said only one flyer was inconvenienced.
