Document on flight alarms Goa airport

Panaji: A threatening document in English-Arabic language found in a chartered aircraft created panic at Dabolim international airport Tuesday morning.
The document was found by a cleaning crew member in Thomson Airways’ chartered flight that landed at Dabolim airport from Gatwick (UK) at about 6 am.
Airport officials said a sweeper while cleaning the aircraft found a piece of paper which was subsequently seized by the Central Industrial Security Force and Intelligence Agency.
The chartered flight was allowed to fly back after thorough checking.
Airport Authority of India (AAI) has declined giving information stating that Intelligence Bureau has been alerted and the letter is being probed.
A complaint has been registered at the Vasco police station, which is also conducting parallel investigation.
Interestingly, the threat surfaced hours after State Home Minister Ravi Naik denied terror threat to Goa.
