Emergency landing for Qatar Airways flight

Hyderabad: Passengers of Qatar Airways flight had to undergo some tense moments after the aircraft made an emergency landing at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Shamshabad in the early hours of Friday. The flight coming from Doha to Bangalore faced problems in landing at the Bangalore airport due to inclement weather. After alerting the Air Traffic Control (ATC) there, the aircraft was diverted to Hyderabad and made an emergency landing at the RGIA around 5 a.m., sources said.
