185 bullets found in IGI Airport dustbin

New Delhi: Chaos prevailed at Indira Gandhi International airport on Tuesday evening as the police recovered 185 bullets from a dustbin at terminal 1D, police said on Wednesday.
The bullets are of caliber 0.22 bore, which are used in revolvers, and were discovered by a cleaner at around 7.30pm. The bullets were wrapped in an old brown cloth and dumped inside a dustbin at gate number 5, police said. DCP IGI RA Sanjeev confirmed the incident and said that a case under the Arms Act had been registered.
