Hyderabad: Eurocopter India has announced its first bookings in India for this year, signed against the backdrop of the just-concluded India Aviation 2012 here.
The bookings were for three light and medium class helicopters.
The first booking of an AS350 B3e copter was for G.R. Construction for business aviation use — this is the latest enhanced version from Eurocopter's Ecureuil family of copters.
The company also signed agreements for an EC 135 and an EC 155, both for corporate travel. While the EC 135 can seat up to six passengers, the EC 155 can take up to nine passengers comfortably.
