Mumbai: SpiceJet will start flight services between Chennai and Port Blair from May. Bookings of tickets have started, the company said.
SpiceJet would operate four flights a week on the route (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) with a Boeing aircraft.
Port Blair would be SpiceJet’s 35th destination in India. Currently, the airline operates services to 34 destinations in India, apart from two international flights (Colombo and Kathmandu).
