Air crash: AI settles 155 cases

Mangalore: With the ‘law of limitation’ expiring on May 22, 2012, which marks two years of the occurance of unfortunate Mangalore air crash which claimed lives of 158 passengers, Mulla and Mulla, the legal counsel for Air India has settled 155 cases for Rs 113.02 crore.
With this, only five more cases have been left unsettled. However, of the five, two will be settled by the Counsel in Mumbai soon while the remaining three will not be handled by Mulla and Mulla since they are those cases which are with the foreign lawyer
