Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Government is likely to come out with a new Greenfield Airports Development Policy by June 2012.
As part of its initiatives to speed up development of new airports in the State, the Government has been working on a new policy that will include a new land policy for this sector.
“Action has already been taken to provide funds from the State Budget for development of existing airports at Vijayawada and Tirupati,” Mr Ganta Srinivasa Rao, AP Minister for Infrastructure, Investments, Ports, Airports and Natural Gas, said.
