Youth caught at airport before Ramesh visit

Ranchi: Minutes before Union rural development minister Jairam Ramesh landed at the Birsa Munda Airport here on Sunday, a 23-year-old, who was circling the airport on his motorcycle since 5 in the morning, was arrested by the CISF.
Mohd Shakil was trying to make his way to the airport when he was nabbed. "The man is not mentally sick and works for spreading Islam," said a police inspector.
Though the youth claimed that he wanted to see a flight landing or taking off at the airport, the CISF did not buy his claims. "No flight arrives at the airport before 10am. In such a case, the presence of Shakil at the airport to see a flight landing or taking off at 5am only fuels the suspicion further. The first flight, which lands at the airport at 10.20am, is Jet Airways' Delhi-Ranchi-Delhi (9W-2291)," said a source at the airport.
Ramesh landed at the airport around 6am and immediately flew to Saranda.
