Delay in launch of SpiceJet flight from Chakeri Airport

Kanpur: Seems there is still some delay in the launch of the Spicejet flight from Chakeri airport. It was expected that the private airline would be launching its services between Delhi and Kanpur from the end of July.
It was on July 16 that a team of Spicejet officials visited Chakeri airport and conducted a survey of the Chakeri airport. They gathered technical details of the airport. They held a meeting with Airport Director, RA Kushwaha and discussed with him in detail about their plans of launching Kanpur-Delhi flight from the airport.
