The nation will be stabbed if former President Mohamed Nasheed and GMR are not expelled, said Adaalath Party President Sheikh Imran. Speaking at the National Movement under the theme “The Airport of the Maldivian people back to the Maldivian people”, at the Artificial Beach last night the Islamic scholar turned politician described GMR as a rat which has eaten poison and said ifwater is given to GMR, it will meet the fate of the poisoned rat when it takes water.
The Adaalath Party Leader said GMR and its supporters would now turn to kill some Indians living in the Maldives and to trap Maldivians in the killing. The result would be Indians will attack and take over the country in that pretext. Those patriotic citizens who have made sacrifices to protect the independence and sovereignty of the country would be blamed for the crime.
However, with the grace of Almighty Allah, they will not get that opportunity. We do not have any hard feeling about those Indian citizens working in the country, We consider them as our partners, They are very close to us, We will not say a slightest thing to them, Victory will be ours, Allah willing, Sheikh Imran said.
