Air India’s security officials fail their exam


New Delhi: Basic Aviation Security Test is a test conducted by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Securities (BCAS). Security official of every airline are required to pass this test.
 BCAS recently conducted the test for the year 2013 in between 30th January to 13th February.
Officials from Spice Jet, Air India and some CISF officials took this test.  Air India’s twenty-one, DIAL’s twenty, Spice Jet’s seven and CISF’s thirty-five security personnel took this test.
 The real shock came when the results were declared.   Not even a single person from Air India could clear the test. Three officials from Spice Jet, two from DIAL and thirteen officials from CISF cleared the test. Eighteen officials were able to score more than 80 percent marks in the test.
