Slippery Runway 27: IndiGo flight not the only plane to skid off

The local Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) office is preparing a preliminary investigation report that will be submitted to the AIB on Monday.
Capt Yadav and the first officer, both based in Delhi, have been grounded following the incident, while the aircraft was declared airworthy after a check. On Saturday, the flight, 6E 433, skidded off the runway soon after it landed at 6.35 pm, but the pilot managed to steer the aircraft back onto runway number 27, breaking five runway lights in the process.
While the captain and first officer refused to speak on the issue, in their statement to the DGCA, they said that all parameters were normal during landing. The two said winds played a role in de-stabilising the aircraft and denied any error in judgement on their part. The AIB will, over the next few weeks, crosscheck their statements with ATC records and the Flight Data Recorder apart from questioning the two pilots and asking passengers to come forward with any details.
