Jet Airways Introduces New Airbus A330-300

On May 1, 2013, Jet Airways will introduce a new state-of-the-art Airbus A330-300 aircraft.
The brand-new aircraft, replacing the Airbus 330-200 presently operated on this sector, will set new benchmarks in in-flight comfort in both the Economy and Première sections.
With 259 Economy seats, the aircraft offers substantially more leg room in Economy class, as well  as contoured head rests, and the latest technological advances in in-flight entertainment - all of which contribute to reduced fatigue on long flights. The 34 all-new air-cushioned seats in Première (business) class feature a contemporary "Contour Vantage 2" seat control (with lumbar support and a massage feature) and convert into horizontal flat beds for maximum comfort and more personal space for guests. Instead of single pod seating, the new configuration for the Première class cabin allows guests to choose single seats or seat pairs, ideal for couples or associates traveling together. The newly designed Première seats also boast: storage space; a cocktail table dining/work table with simple deployment; individual in-flight entertainment on a 12.1-inch monitor with a huge selection of entertainment, including the latest Hollywood/Bollywood blockbusters; PC power and USB outlets for in-flight connectivity; and a unique eXport socket located immediately below the video screen that connects, screens and charges Apple products (iPods, iPads and iPhones). The dropping side arm enables handicapped passengers to easily enter and leave their seats.
