Porvorim: The state government's expenditure finance committee has approved the construction of the 75 crore "grade separator" at Dabolim airport and the project is expected to be completed by September this year, chief minister Manohar Parrikar told the assembly on Monday.
Parrikar made the announcement in response to a starred question by Fatorda independent MLA Vijai Sardesai, who accused the government of deliberately neglecting Dabolim as the new Mopa airport was coming up.
