Coast Guard's women pilots create history

New Delhi: Three women pilots of the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) created history by flying a reconnaissance sortie over the Arabian sea, an official release said Wednesday.
It said a Coast Guard maritime reconnaissance Dornier aircraft took off from Daman air station with an all-woman crew and flew for over an hour.
"This flight was a maiden all-women flight by an ICG Dornier in the history of the Coast Guard," the release said.
