Kolkata: A flier, who arrived from Dubai, was detained by the Customs authorities at the N S C Bose International Airport for allegedly trying to smuggle gold biscuits, airport sources said today. M M Ali Akhtar, a resident of Karnataka, was detained by the Customs authorities late last night for carrying gold biscuits weighing 610 gm, the sources said.
