Mumbai: When booking an air ticket there is no way a passenger can know if the flight will be delayed on the day of the departure. But what one can find out is which flights are particularly notorious for delayed departures and arrivals.
Data released by the Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd revealed that were more delayed arrivals than departures at the city airport in the month of May.
In the departures category, the worst performer was IndiGo's daily flight to Bhubaneshwar (6E 294). The daily flight had a delayed departure on 21 occasions. In the arrivals category, the worst flight was Air India's Ahmedabad-Mumbai (AI 614); it was delayed every day last month.
