Mangalore: Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials on Saturday June 8 intercepted and nabbed a passenger at Mangalore International Airport for smuggling gold from Dubai.
The arrested is identified as Sanaulla (48), resident of Bhatkal.
The DRI officials seized 12 gold chains weighing 200 grams, altogether worth Rs 5 lac.
