Washington: Vedpal Singh, who was aboard the Asiana Airlines flight that crash landed at San Francisco International Airport on Saturday, said that passengers were not forewarned before the plane touched the runway with a bang.
"The moment it touched the runway there was a bang, and we realised something has gone wrong, something terrible has happened," he was quoted as saying by Raycom News Network.
But there was no forewarning from the pilot or any crew member before the plane touched down hard and he heard a loud sound, he added.
