Mumbai: More than 100 passengers of a Chandigarh-Mumbai GoAir flight had a horrible time when the plane was diverted to Delhi after it developed a crack in one of the window pans.
Sherbir Panag, a flier, alleged that they were made to sit inside the aircraft for more than two hours.
There were no proper explanation or announcement from the airline staff or its crew members, he alleged.
The passengers said they were not served any water or refreshments.
