Delhi flight makes emergency landing

Ahmedabad:  About 102 passengers on board S2-4107 JetKonnect Mumbai bound flight had a close shave on Saturday after their flight made an emergency landing at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, following a technical snag.
Airports Authority of India (AAI) officials said the pilot of the flight realized after crossing Udaipur that one of the flight's engine had stopped working. He then decided to divert the flight to Ahmedabad. The flight made an emergency landing at Ahmedabad at 6.30 pm.
This created a major tension among the passengers on board. However, they heaved a sigh of relief as the plane made a safe landing. AAI officials said that all the 102 passengers were then sent to their destination Mumbai in other flight.
