Bhubaneswar: The Biju Patnaik airport authorities are planning to rope in a Bangalore-based airline to start operations between Bhubaneswar and the South Indian city with Jet Airways stopping operations from October 27.
"We will have a meeting with the airline staff on October 1. Details like landing and refueling at the airport will be discussed. The airline will have to seek permission to start the operation," airport director Sharad Kumar said. Jet announced suspension of three flights from Bhubaneswar a week ago, citing losses.
