New Delhi: About 2,100 Air India employees across all categories are set to get their promotion letters soon. The national carrier has decided to start the process of promoting employees from next month.
With these promotions, the airline will conclude pending promotions to employees which are due since the merger of Air India and Indian Airlines in 2007.
"The promotions of 2,100 employees, to begin in December, is going to include cabin crew and all other categories," said a senior Air India official.
The carrier currently has over 13,000 employees on its rolls.
