Shrivastava, Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, said: “Despite challenging economic conditions, India’s aviation market is three times larger than it was 10 years ago, and we expect traffic to triple again. Airports are upgrading to new technology, airlines are re-inventing themselves, and passengers expect a more personalized and faster experience. In this dynamic environment, we are creating a framework that will encourage more advanced technologies and enhance the passenger experience.”
