Nedumbassery: The Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) has been endowed with the Kerala State Energy Conservation Awards for 2013. A communique issued by CIAL on Friday announced that the award has been given for the concerted effort it has taken in saving energy.
The state monitoring committee, Energy Management Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, has decided the award after considering various aspects of energy conservation methods adopted by the CIAL.
