Mangalore: The immigration officials at Mangalore International Airport on Sunday December 29 arrested a man for trying to enter the city with a fake passport.
52-year-old Abdul Rahiman, a native of Bekal, Kasargod was arrested by Mangalore imigration officials for holding a forged passport.
Rahiman had boarded the12.30 pm Air India Express flight at Dubai airport terminal 2. The flight landed at around evening 5.30 pm in Mangalore. Rahiman was accused of using fake stamps of Dubai and Mumbai immigration offices in his passport.
