Air India office shifted to Chakeri airport

Kanpur:  Air India authorities have shifted their Mall Road office to the Chakeri airport from where the operations will now be held. Now ticket bookings would be done through the Chakeri office.
This is a temporary arrangement and will remain in effect till March 31.
Confirming the development, Air India PRO Prashant Shukla said: "The entire staff was shifted to Chakeri on December 31. Now, people can get tickets booked from the Chakeri office. Tickets could be booked at four authorised Air India agents active in the city also."
The Air India official further informed that passengers can seek answers to their queries by dialing 0512-2159251 which is the passenger enquiry number. "The services of this number will be available for only five days a week between 9.30 am to 5.30 pm," said Shukla while talking to TOI.
