Nedumbassery: Creation of Air Kerala is a commitment made by the state government and it will take off as soon as the Ministry of Civil Aviation lifts the constraints related to international operations, said V J Kurian, managing director, Cochin International Airport Ltd, on Thursday.
As per the specifications, airlines require a five-year experience in domestic flight operations and a fleet of five aircraft for commencing international service.
