New Delhi: A Delhi court has summoned Kingfisher Airlines chairman Vijay Mallya after the GMR-led Delhi International Airport (DIAL), which runs the Indira Gandhi International Airport, approached it as a cheque for R1 crore wasn’t honoured.
Disposing of the application seeking issuance of directions for arraigning Mallya as an accused in the case, Metropolitan Magistrate Arul Varma has asked Mallya to appear before him on February 14.
