Indore: Flight operations were hit badly by poor visibility due to fog between 8 am and 10 am at Indore airport on Friday. Movements of about 10 flights were disrupted. Delhi and Mumbai-bound flights were delayed by a few hours.
According to airport sources, the visibility ranged between 800 and 900 metre at about 7.30 am, and it suddenly plummeted to 50 metre by 9 am. Mumbai-Indore-Delhi flight of Air India arrived 30 minutes late from its schedule time of 7.15 am, and departed at 10.45 am, nearly one-and-half hour late from its schedule time.
