Chennai: IT solutions provider Ramco Systems has signed a pact with Malaysia Airlines for providing a suite of enterprise-wide engineering solutions, including aircraft maintenance, operations and overhaul services, among others.
"This advanced solution, which integrates business processes and people, will serve the entire engineering functions for Malaysia Airlines group including Firefly, MASwings and MASkargo and also support its maintenance, repair and overhaul services," Ramco Systems said in a statement.
Though the size of the deal was not disclosed, the tenure is for five years that includes managing service components, it said.
