Hyderabad: Two ace air display pilots made their planes to spin, tumble, roll and emit puffs of smoke in a synchronised off-and-on pattern during a stunning aerobatics show in the skies over the Begumpet airport on Monday, ahead of the Indian Aviation Show, beginning here from March 12.
The UK-based pilots - Mark Jefferies and Tom Cassells flew Extra330 CS and Extra300L aerobatic aircraft during a demonstration watched by media personnel, officials from civil aviation ministers and others associated with the five-day air show.
The aerobatics display would be performed twice daily by them on all days between 11 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. and 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.
In a chat with reporters later, Mr. Mark said this was the first time they used the synchronised smoke systems of the two aircraft.
