VIP treatment for dog lost at Mumbai airport

Mumbai:  The airport police are providing 'special treatment' to a special guest; a Pomeranian dog they found roaming outside the arrival gate of the domestic airport early on Monday. They are using money from their own pockets to take care of the dog and are hoping that its owner will soon come and pick it up.
The police believe that a flyer or a person visited the airport to drop their relatives and may have left the dog behind accidentally. The dog was roaming around the airport's 1-A arrival gate when airline passengers and CISF security staff noticed it. There was chain around its neck and the passersby chained the dog at nearby pole. The dog appeared to be scared and was barking, so they took it to the Airport police station around 2.30am.
The police took the dog in their custody and inquired with the airport staff at the arrival gate to get some clues about its owner, but in vain. In the morning, they took the dog to a veterinary doctor who told them that the canine is two years and three months old. The doctor suggested some medicine and4 food the dog needs.
