112kg of mephedrone seized at Larnaca airport

Authorities have seized 112 kilos of mephedrone at Larnaca airport that was meant to be re-exported to the EU, reports said on Tuesday.
Two men from Larnaca aged 35 and 50 were arrested to be brought before court on Wednesday.
Reports said the drug was found in containers stored at Larnaca airport.
State broadcaster CyBC said the substance came from India and was meant to be re-exported to the EU.
No other information was immediately available.
Mephedrone is a synthetic stimulant related to amphetamines and cathinone class drugs.
