Mangalore: Customs officials at Mangalore International Airport (MIA) at Kenjar on Saturday seized one silver coated gold sheet weighing 116.5 grams concealed inside a flask along with three gold coins weighing 24 grams from a passenger.
The value of seized gold is Rs 4,14,370. Muneer Pallipuzha, resident of Pallikere in Kasargod, arrived at MIA at 9.30am on board Air India Express flight IX 824 from Sharjah.
