Allahabad: A valedictory function was held at Basic Flying Training School (BFTS), Air Force Station, Bamrauli, Allahabad, on the completion of flying training to 25 Army aviators of 193 Army Pilot Course (APC). These budding aviators joined the rigorous flying and ground training course five months back.
Air Marshal SRK Nair, AVSM, VSM, Senior Air Staff Officer (SASO) of Training Command (TC), IAF, was the reviewing officer for the valedictory function. He was received by Wg Cdr ND Mahajan, Commanding Officer of BFTS.
Air Marshal Nair presented certificates to the graduating officers and trophies to those who excelled during the training. Captain Pankaj Bhatia was awarded trophy for being best in flying and in overall order of flying merit. Capt Prabhjot Singh was awarded trophy for the best in ground subjects.
