A drug kingpin with links in Sri Lanka and Kuwait was arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau officials at the international airport in Tamil Nadu yesterday, while heroin worth 10 million Indian rupees was seized from his aide in Chennai.
Based on information given by his aide Rasool Mydeen, who was arrested in Chennai with one kilo gram of heroin yesterday, Amjath Khan was arrested as he was about to board a flight to Sri Lanka.
