Ahmedabad: With less than 10 days left for the two mega events — Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) and Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit (VGGIS) — CRPF and city police officials on Sunday reviewed Anti-Terrorist Contingency Plan (ATCP) at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.
According to airport officials, CISF and police inspected both domestic and international terminals and also the areas near the airport. "It was not a security drill. CISF and police officials were checking if the measures related to ATCP are in place and readiness of the security officials deployed," said an airport official.
